These Terms and Conditions are intended to outline our service policies, ensure mutual respect, and maintain professional standards in accordance with UK consumer regulations. By accessing our website, booking an appointment, or communicating with us through any channel, you agree to the following terms.
1. Booking Your Appointment

1.2 Clinician Availability
Appointments are subject to the availability of our qualified healthcare professionals. Online bookings reflect real-time availability.
1.3 Accurate Client Information
Please provide correct and complete information when booking. This includes your name, contact details, and any relevant medical information necessary to tailor your treatment safely and appropriately.
2. Deposit and Prepayment Policy
2.1 Deposit Requirement
All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking to secure your session. Deposit amounts vary depending on the service.
2.2 Full Prepayment for Specialised Services
The following treatments require full payment in advance at the time of booking due to their bespoke or preparatory nature:
Blood Testing
Health Testing & Screening
Colon Hydrotherapy
Physiotherapy
Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage
Skincare & Facial Treatments
Other Specialist or Extended-Duration Services
2.3 Deposit Purpose
Your deposit confirms your appointment and holds the clinician’s time exclusively for you. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless cancellation terms (below) are met.
2.4 No-Shows and Repeat Cancellations
Clients who fail to attend without notice or repeatedly cancel at short notice will be required to prepay in full for any future bookings.
3. Cancellations and Amendments
3.1 Cancellation Notice
You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you wish to cancel your appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit or be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.2 Amending Appointments
To reschedule your appointment, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling within 24 hours may incur a late amendment charge or loss of deposit.
3.3 Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may be shortened, rescheduled, or cancelled depending on the practitioner’s schedule. In such cases, deposits are not refundable.
3.4 Last-Minute Cancellations
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice are considered last-minute and are non-refundable.
3.5 Clinic-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that we must cancel or reschedule your appointment (e.g., due to emergencies or clinician illness), you will be offered the next available slot. Any deposit paid may be refunded or transferred to the rescheduled appointment.
4. Payment Terms

4.2 Secure Transactions
All payment details are processed securely and in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
4.3 Timing of Payment
Unless otherwise specified, payment is due at the time of service. Specialised services must be prepaid as outlined in Section 2.2.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Service Refunds
Refunds for services rendered are considered on a case-by-case basis. All requests must be submitted in writing and reviewed by management.
5.2 Deposit Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless cancellation is made in accordance with our 48-hour notice policy or required by consumer protection legislation.
5.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days.

7. Health and Safety
7.1 Client Health Disclosure
To ensure safety, clients should not attend if they are unwell or showing signs of contagious illness. Please contact us as early as possible if you need to reschedule due to illness.
8. Late Arrival Policy
8.1 Clients are advised to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow for check-in and avoid reduced treatment time.
8.2 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment and the session may be cancelled without refund.
9. Disclaimer
All advice, recommendations, and treatments are provided by qualified practitioners based on the information disclosed by the client. Information provided is not a substitute for independent medical advice from your GP or specialist.
